Introduction

Dylan J. Foster helps people and organizations navigate complexity through leadership, technology, research, service, and cross-cultural collaboration.

My path has never fit inside a single title. I have led critical technology operations, facilitated complex investigations, trained missionaries, spoken in churches, schools, correctional facilities, conferences, and leadership programs, and helped organize initiatives serving communities in the United States and abroad.

Across each environment, the purpose remains consistent: understand the problem, bring people together, build a responsible plan, and serve with courage.

Speaking

On stage and in workshops

I speak to professional, academic, faith-based, community, youth, and justice-oriented audiences. My approach combines lived experience, research, storytelling, practical leadership lessons, and an ability to translate complex ideas into language people can use.
